Reporting of Players & Tribunal appearance tips

Reporting of Players
Please make sure that you fill in your paperwork correctly when reporting a player.  Give as little information as possible about the incident on the Report Sheet. Simply write No 5 of Tranmere (I Goodison) struck No 17 of Everton (T Cahill) during the third quarter.  There is no need to nominate the hand the player used, where the blow landed, how many players were nearby, what the weather was like or the player's mother's maidem name.  KEEP IT SIMPLE.
For less serious charges, you must indicate if you are nominating a set penalty or if you wish the case to proceed to the Tribunal.
