UMPIRE SELF-ASSESSMENT FORM

Earlier this season Self Assessment for Field Umpires was launched. While match day observations will be conducted by the Umpiring Department throughout the season, part of the development of a Field Umpire is the ability to self assess his/her own performance each week.

A minimum of four Self Assessment Forms should be completed for the season. Completed Field Umpire Self Assessment Forms are to be returned to Peter Mair via email: mairpj@bigpond.net.au or at training on a Thursday evening.
